About Me

I have been intrested in trains ever since my Dad said to me, "Look Son, a train"; a day which my Mum regrets!

Since that "fateful day" I have spotted and photted, done a bit of railtouring, but in 2003 I decided to take my hobby a bit further... and become a working member at the East Lancashire Railway. To date, hand on heart; this is the best thing I have done.

I bought my first digital camera (a Fujifilm FinePix 2600 Zoom) in 2002, but I decided to take the plunge and upgrade, and I am now trying to get the hang of my Canon EOS 300 D; which I got in November 2004.

So far so good; I hope you like the pictures taken so far.
